At ARTPIGOUINOS, each artwork is created and handled with care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
• The artwork must be returned in the same condition as received

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@artpigouinos.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Original artworks
• Custom-made or commissioned pieces
• Limited editions once opened
• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
